Hello from Tow Time.

Thank you for the opportunity to present myself and Tow Time Breakdown Service to you. After 15 years in the industry I decided to start my own company and Tow Time was registered. Our 24 hour call centre is based in Kuilsrivier. We are a professional business and proud ourselves in customer service. Our vehicles are well maintained and staff members are presentable, each with more than 10 years experience. We currently have two (2) rollbacks and four (4) slings. We have an extra two (2) vehicles for roadside assistance which are operated by qualified staff that can assist with mechanical advice.

Our roadside assistance vehicles are fully equipped to assist with jumpstarts, petrol runs and tyre changes. A Hyundai H1 (9 seater) is available 24 hours to assist bigger families or larger groups of people with transport to their destinations. We’ve got personnel 24/7 on standby, covering the whole of Western Cape, West Coast, Helderberg and Boland, assisting clients who are experiencing problems with heavy duty vehicles. Heavy duty towing can be done when required.

We have safe indoor storage facilities in case a vehicle is towed at night time and dealers are closed. The vehicle will be taken to the dealer first thing in the morning without delay or any additional charges. In the event of an accident or damage to a client’s vehicle while in our care, Tow Time and the client’s vehicle is comprehensively covered through a policy with Outsurance.
